The invention discloses an integral bridge type suspension. The two ends of a shock absorber of the integral bridge type suspension are connected with an axle and a vehicle body respectively. An axial through hole is formed in a first elastic supporting unit of two sets of elastic supporting unit assemblies of the elastic supporting mechanism, an annular protrusion is arranged on the outer wall face of the first elastic supporting unit, one end of the annular protrusion abuts against or is connected with a vehicle body, and the other end of the annular protrusion is opposite to the axle. A second elastic supporting unit surrounds the first elastic supporting unit, one end of the second elastic supporting unit abuts against the outer end area of an axle tube on the axle, and the other end of the second elastic supporting unit is used for providing acting force towards the vehicle body direction for the first elastic supporting unit. A pull rod mechanism comprises an upper pull rod pair, a lower pull rod pair and a transverse pull rod. According to the integral bridge type suspension, the weight of the suspension is reduced, the elastic supporting mechanism can provide different supports according to different loads, the bearing capacity of the suspension is guaranteed, and meanwhile the riding comfort is improved. Moreover, through the arrangement of the elastic supporting mechanism and the pull rod mechanism, the anti-roll performance of the suspension is improved, and the control stability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种整体桥式悬架,其减振器的两端分别与车桥和车体相连接;弹性支撑机构的两组弹性支撑单元组件的第一弹性支撑单元内设有轴向通孔,且外壁面上设有环状凸起,一端与车体相抵接或相连接,另一端与车桥相对设置;第二弹性支撑单元环绕第一弹性支撑单元设置,且一端与车桥上的轴管外端区域相抵接,另一端用于向第一弹性支撑单元提供朝向车体方向的作用力;拉杆机构包括上拉杆对、下拉杆对和横拉杆。本公开提供的整体桥式悬架降低了悬架重量,弹性支撑机构可根据不同载荷提供不同的支撑,保证了悬架的承载能力,同时提高了乘坐舒适性。而且,通过弹性支撑机构和拉杆机构的布置,提高了悬架抗侧倾性能,有利于提高操纵稳定性。
