The invention discloses a digital multimedia resource scheduling system suitable for vehicles, which comprises a personal terminal, a ticketing service platform, a central server, a multimedia database connected with the central server, and a vehicle-mounted server and a seat arranged on the vehicle, wherein a data transmission module is arranged between the vehicle-mounted server and the central server, a seat processor and a multimedia data interface are integrated into the seat, and the seat processor is connected with the vehicle-mounted server. The system has the advantages that before waiting for a vehicle, a passenger can select favorite film and television data in advance through the personal terminal and then transmit the data to a seat at the corresponding position of the vehicle through the data transmission module, and when taking the vehicle, the passenger can directly watch a preset film and television program by inserting a mobile phone or a tablet computer of the passenger.
