By arranging the movable assembly, when the transformer body is installed and overhauled, the transformer body can vertically move in the shell by opening an isolation door, the transformer body, a power interface and a charging interface can be checked and replaced, a large number of charging pile structure accessories do not need to be disassembled, disassembly and assembly are easy and convenient, and the overhauling efficiency is high; and the isolation of the transformer body is realized, and the safety is good.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车充电桩用高频变压器,包括底座,底座上端设置有两组第一滑杆,第一滑杆上滑接有第一滑套,第一滑套一侧连接有放置板;变压器本体,变压器本体设置在放置板上端,变压器本体包括芯体,芯体上缠绕有线圈,线圈连接有输入接线座和输出接线座,芯体两端设置两端设置有固定板,固定板两侧设置有框板;壳体,壳体设置在底座上端。通过设置的活动组件,使得在对变压器本体进行安装和检修时,可通过打开隔离门,使得变压器本体在壳体内部进行竖向运动,可对变压器本体、电源接口和充电接口进行检查更换,无需大量拆卸充电桩结构配件,拆装简单方便,检修效率高,且实现了变压器本体的隔离,安全性好。
