According to the magnetorheological fluid suspension based on an extrusion and variable runner area mixing mode. External excitation borne by the suspension can drive a connecting rod to move up and down through a rubber main spring so as to drive an extrusion plate to move up and down to extrude magnetorheological fluid, and when a first coil is powered on, a closed magnetic induction line magnetic circuit can be generated around the first coil, the extruded magnetorheological fluid cuts a magnetic induction line generated by the first coil so as to generate large damping force; when a second coil is electrified, a magnetic induction line generated by the second coil form circular arcs at the upper end and the lower end of a magnetism isolating guide ring, the radian of the circular-arc-shaped magnetic induction line is changed by changing the electrified current of the second coil so as to change the area of the cross section of an inertia channel, and the flow of the magnetorheological fluid passing through the inertia channel is adjusted, so that the rigidity and damping of the suspension are adjustable. The suspension adopts a mixing mode of extrusion and variable runner area, and has large dynamic stiffness adjustment and smaller zero-field dynamic stiffness and bandwidth, so that the suspension has good vibration isolation performance and relative displacement control performance.

    本发明公开了基于挤压与可变流道面积混合模式的磁流变液悬置,该悬置受到的外部激励可通过橡胶主簧带动连接杆上下活动进而带动挤压盘上下活动以挤压磁流变液,第一线圈通电时可在第一线圈周围产生闭合的磁感线磁路,使得被挤压的磁流变液切割第一线圈产生的磁感线以产生大阻尼力;第二线圈通电时第二线圈产生的磁感线在隔磁导环的上下两端形成圆弧形,通过改变第二线圈的通电电流进而改变该圆弧形磁感线的弧度以改变惯性通道的横截面面积,以调节磁流变液通过惯性通道处的流量而实现该悬置的刚度及阻尼可调。该悬置采用挤压与可变流道面积的混合模式,具有大的动刚度调节和较小的零场动刚度和频宽,使得该悬置具有良好的隔振性能和相对位移控制性能。
