The invention provides a submerged unmanned ship. The submerged unmanned ship comprises a main ship body, propellers, side wings and rudders, wherein the propellers, the side wings and the rudders are connected to the main ship body; the main ship body comprises a bow, a parallel middle body and a stern; the propellers comprise a head side thruster, a first vertical thruster, a second vertical thruster and a tail thruster; the side wings comprise a first wing and a second wing; and the rudders are used for adjusting the water surface/underwater navigation course of the unmanned ship. The left side and the right side of the main ship body are symmetrically arranged and are in a streamline shape, the characteristics of water surface ships and submarines are integrated, and the straight-wall side and the rounded overall appearance are kept. The submerging and floating type unmanned ship has the dual functions of water surface navigation and submerging navigation, water surface navigation has excellent rapidity and seakeeping performance, and cross-domain submerging/floating and underwater constant-submerging-depth constant-speed navigation can be achieved through the side wings and the vertical propellers. The ship is suitable for formation communication relay, cross-domain detection, hidden navigation and other water surface and underwater multi-navigation-state tasks.
