The invention discloses an automobile anti-collision beam assembly and a manufacturing method thereof. The automobile anti-collision beam assembly has good strength and toughness and can play a good buffering role when an automobile is collided, and therefore damage to an automobile body caused by collision is relieved. On the design aspect, on one hand, the elastic body is additionally arranged on the structure and used for absorbing and buffering stress of the anti-collision beam, on the other hand, the anti-collision beam assembly is improved on the material aspect, and the anti-collision material with high mechanical property and toughness is obtained.
