The push rod assembly comprises an outer rod, one end of the outer rod is connected with the crank arm unit through a rotary supporting piece, the other end of the outer rod is arranged in the piston cavity unit, and an outer rod inner cavity is formed in the outer rod; a floating inner rod is in sliding sealing connection with the inner cavity of the outer rod; a hydraulic oil way communicated with an inner cavity of the outer rod is arranged in the crank, and the floating inner rod can move up and down relative to the outer rod under driving of hydraulic oil.
