    本发明涉及矿井安全设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种无轨胶轮车失速保护装置,旨在解决现有无轨胶轮车失速保护装置,在无轨胶轮车发生失速时的反应时间较长,而且拉钩钩住阻拦索的成功率不高,暴露在地面的阻拦索易磨损使得使用寿命降低的问题。通过雷达测速传感器检测无轨胶轮车的行驶速度,雷达测速传感器的数据通过5G通信技术实时发送至控制器,在无轨胶轮车发生失速时能够迅速反应;采用第一阻拦索和第二阻拦索两道阻拦索,拉钩只要钩住任意一道阻拦索即可,提高了拦截失速的无轨胶轮车的成功率;第一阻拦索模块和第二阻拦索模块上方安装阻拦索挡板,避免阻拦索模块暴露在地面,不影响无轨胶轮车的正常通行,有效降低阻拦索的磨损。
