The invention belongs to the technical field of snowfield tires, particularly relates to a snowfield tire tread formula, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems of poor cold resistance, high possibility of hardening and frost cracking and low toughness of the existing snowfield tire during processing and use. According to the scheme, the snowfield tire tread formula comprises natural rubber, silicone rubber, nickel butadiene rubber, oil-extended emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, colloidal silicon dioxide, an anti-aging agent PPD, a curing agent, a coupling agent, a vulcanization accelerator M, polyimide resin, a flexibilizer, a scorch retarder and oil-extended sulfur; and a preparation method comprises the following preparation processes: S1, weighing the materials; S2, smelting the solid particles, mixing and stirring; S3, extruding the mixed mixture through an extruder, and pressing into sheets; and S4, cooling, shearing and shaping the pressed sheet material. Through the formula the prepared tire tread can be high in cold resistance, toughness and tearing degree, the use quality of the tire can be improved, and the tire tread is convenient to use by people.

    本发明属于雪地轮胎技术领域,尤其是一种雪地型轮胎胎面配方,针对现有的现有的雪地轮胎在加工并使用时,耐寒度差,容易出现硬化冻裂情况,且韧性较低的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括天然橡胶,硅橡胶,镍系顺丁橡胶,充油乳聚丁苯橡胶,胶体二氧化硅,防老剂PPD,固化剂,偶联剂,硫化促进剂M,聚酰亚胺树脂,增韧剂,防焦剂,充油硫磺,包括以下制备工艺:S1:材料称重;S2:将固体颗粒熔炼,并进行混合搅拌;S3:混合后的混合物通过挤出机进行挤出,并按压成片;S4:将压成片的材料降温剪切定型。本发明能够使得轮胎胎面耐寒性强,韧性高,且撕裂程度强,能够提高轮胎的使用质量,便于人们使用。
