The invention specifically relates to a detachable and adjustable universal hoisting device for a construction hoist. The problems that an existing hoisting device of the construction hoist is poor in universality, strenuous to install and detach and inconvenient to transfer are solved. The invention discloses the detachable and adjustable universal hoisting device for the construction hoist. A base mechanism comprises a first flange plate, a rotating shaft, a lower cup-shaped seat and an upper cup-shaped seat, and a ball bearing and a tapered roller bearing are arranged in an inner cavity of the lower cup-shaped seat and an inner cavity of the upper cup-shaped seat correspondingly. An anti-overturning nut is arranged on the rotating shaft. A vertical rod and an adjusting plate are arranged above the base mechanism, and a first adjusting hole and a second adjusting hole are formed in the adjusting plate. A suspension arm is arranged on the front side of the adjusting plate, and an inclined supporting rod is arranged between the suspension arm and the vertical rod. Two fixed pulleys are arranged on the rear surface of the suspension arm. A winch is arranged on the left side of the vertical rod. The lifting direction, the lifting height and the lifting point center distance are adjusted, the universality is improved, manpower and material resources consumed by installation and detachment operation are saved, and the space is saved by nearly 50%.
