The invention discloses a true aluminum micropore special-effect light-transmitting structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The true aluminum micropore special-effect light-transmitting structure comprises a true aluminum layer, a light-transmitting substrate layer, a back light module and an MCU main board which are sequentially stacked, a plurality of through micropores are distributed in the true aluminum layer, and a plane light source formed by the back light module can transmit to the true aluminum layer through the light-transmitting substrate layer; light-emitting areas are formed on the surface of the true aluminum layer through the micropores in the true aluminum layer, and the back light module is electrically connected with a control circuit on the MCU main board. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of manufacturing the transparent substrate layer firstly, then cutting a true aluminum sheet, forming the micropores in the true aluminum sheet, pasting the true aluminum sheet to one side of the transparent substrate layer, mounting the back light module at the other side of the substrate layer, connecting the back light module with the control circuit on MCU main board. According to the present invention, a soft atmosphere light effect is formed on the surface of the true aluminum layer, a whole automobile interior decoration looks high-end, elegant, natural and attractive, the automobile interior decoration is formed in one step, and better and more comfortable use feeling is brought to people.

    本发明公开了一种真铝微孔特效透光结构及其的制作方法,真铝微孔特效透光结构包括顺序叠设的真铝层、透光基底层、背光模块和MCU主板,真铝层上分布有若干贯穿的微孔,背光模块形成的平面光源能够经透光基底层透射到真铝层,并经真铝层上的微孔在真铝层表面形成发光区,背光模块与MCU主板上的控制电路电性连接,其制作方法为先制作透明基底层,然后裁切真铝片材并在真铝片材上形成微孔,将真铝片材粘贴到透明基底层一侧,在基底层另一侧安装背光模块,将背光模块与MCU主板上的控制电路连接,本发明在真铝层表面形成柔和的氛围灯光效果,该汽车内饰整体看起来高端雅致、天然美观、一气呵成,给人更加美好更、舒适的使用感受。
