The invention provides a road segment impedance function determination method, a computing device and a storage medium. The method comprises steps of obtaining the traffic flow data of a specific road segment, the traffic flow data comprising historical vehicle speed data, historical intelligent network connection traffic flow and historical traditional vehicle flow; generating a free flow vehicle speed parameter and a road section traffic capacity parameter according to the traffic flow data; according to the historical vehicle speed data, the traffic state of the specific road section being divided, the whole day being divided into a plurality of research time periods, and the specific road section of each research time period having a corresponding road section impedance function; according to the traffic flow data and the parameter calibration neural network model, generating undetermined parameters of a road segment impedance function; and determining the road section impedance function according to the undetermined parameter of the road section impedance function, the free flow vehicle speed parameter and the road section traffic capacity parameter. The method is advantaged in that a traffic state of the road section can be described more accurately.

    本发明提供了一种路段阻抗函数确定方法、计算设备及存储介质,该方法包括:获取特定路段的交通流数据,其中,交通流数据包括历史车速数据、历史智能网联车流量和历史传统车辆流量;根据交通流数据,生成自由流车速参数和路段通行能力参数;根据历史车速数据,对特定路段的交通状态进行划分,将全天划分为多个研究时段,其中,每个研究时段的特定路段均具有对应的路段阻抗函数;根据交通流数据和参数标定神经网络模型,生成路段阻抗函数的待定参数;根据路段阻抗函数的待定参数、自由流车速参数和路段通行能力参数,确定路段阻抗函数。本发明的有益效果:更准确地对路段的交通状态进行描述。
