The invention provides an airborne evaporation unit and an airborne auxiliary cooling system. The airborne evaporation unit comprises an airborne evaporation air duct (1) and an evaporator assembly (2), the airborne evaporation air duct (1) comprises an air duct body (3), a mounting groove (6) is formed in a top air outlet (5) of the air duct body (3), the evaporator assembly (2) is mounted in the mounting groove (6), an air inlet (4) is formed in the bottom of the air duct body (3), an annular stop structure (7) is arranged at the air inlet (4), the annular stop structure (7) is used for stopping condensate water flowing through the inner wall of the air duct body (3), and a water drainage opening (8) is formed in the position, close to the bottom of the annular stop structure (7), of the air duct body (3). According to the airborne evaporation unit, the heat exchange area of an evaporator can be prevented from being shielded, and the heat exchange performance of the evaporator is guaranteed.
