The invention relates to a lane departure early warning system and method based on an electronic lane line, and the system is installed on a vehicle, and comprises a relative position receiving module which comprises a first positioning signal transceiver which communicates with an intelligent spike disposed on the lane line to obtain the relative position of the vehicle and the lane line; a departure judgment module which judges whether the vehicle has a lane departure condition according to the relative position; and an early warning module which responds and generates deviation warning information when the judgment result of the deviation judgment module is yes; wherein the intelligent spike is embedded with a second positioning signal transceiver corresponding to the first positioning signal transceiver. Compared with the prior art, the system can better reduce lane detection errors caused by weather reasons, effectively improves the driving safety, is practical and efficient, and has the advantages of high reliability, high vehicle relative positioning precision, low cost and the like.

    本发明涉及一种基于电子车道线的车道偏离预警系统及方法,所述系统安装于车辆上,包括:相对位置接收模块,包括第一定位信号收发器,与部署于车道线上的智能道钉通讯,获取车辆与车道线的相对位置;偏离判断模块,根据所述相对位置判断车辆是否存在车道偏离情况;预警模块,在所述偏离判断模块的判断结果为是时响应,产生偏离警示信息;其中,所述智能道钉嵌入安装有与所述第一定位信号收发器相对应的第二定位信号收发器。与现有技术相比,本发明能更好地减少因天气原因引起的车道检测误差,有效提升了驾驶的安全性,实用高效,具有可靠性高、车辆相对定位精度高、成本低等优点。
