The hydraulic control system of the winding drum comprises a caliper disc brake, a clutch, a pilot pump and a control valve set, a rod cavity of the caliper disc brake is provided with a spring, and a rodless cavity is provided with a caliper disc oil opening. The clutch is provided with a clutch oil opening. The control valve set is provided with an oil return opening connected with an oil tank, an oil inlet connected with the pilot pump, a first working oil opening connected with the caliper disc oil opening and a second working oil opening connected with the clutch oil opening, and in the quick release working state, and the control valve set controls the first working oil opening to communicate with the oil tank so that the caliper disc oil opening can relieve pressure, and controls the second working oil opening to communicate with the oil inlet to supply oil to the clutch oil opening, so that the winding drum is separated from a speed reducer, and the winding drum rotates under the action of gravity.
