Compared with the prior art, a two-section guide rail is fixed to the outer surface of the periphery of a two-section arm through screws, a three-section guide rail is fixed to the outer surface of the periphery of a three-section arm through screws, a sliding block combination is placed in grooves of a first-section sliding block holder and a second-section sliding block holder and keeps making contact with the guide rails, and the tail of a cylinder body of a telescopic oil cylinder is fixed to a valve set; and the head of a piston rod is fixedly connected to the interior of the three-section arm, stretching and retracting of the telescopic arm are achieved through stretching and retracting movement of the telescopic oil cylinder, the sliding block combination is placed in the grooves of the first-section sliding block holder and the second-section sliding block holder and keeps making contact with the guide rails, in the sliding block combination, a sliding block is placed in a groove in the middle of a cushion block, a jackscrew is connected to the sliding block through threads, the overall height of the sliding block combination can be adjusted by screwing the jackscrew, and therefore adjustment of the gap between the inner wall of a one-section arm and the two-section guide rail is achieved.
