The invention discloses an engine lifting appliance. The engine lifting appliance comprises a lifting beam, a lifting arm, inhaul cables, a bolt assembly and an adjusting cable; the lifting beam comprises a vertical arm, a connecting pipe, a right side plate and a left side plate, the right side plate and the left side plate are connected to the two sides of the connecting pipe, and the lower portion of the vertical arm is connected to the middle of the connecting pipe; a first through hole and a second through hole are correspondingly formed in the upper part of the vertical arm; the lifting arm comprises a middle plate and two fixing plates, and the two fixing plates are connected to the two sides of the middle plate correspondingly; a hoisting through hole and an adjusting through hole are formed in one end of the middle plate, and two ends of the adjusting cable are correspondingly connected with the adjusting through hole and the first through hole; a hinge through hole is formed in one ends of the fixing plates, and a bolt assembly penetrates through the hinge through hole and the second through hole to hinge the lifting arm and the lifting beam together; and the inhaul cables are connected to the two ends of the right side plate and the left side plate correspondingly. The invention further discloses a using method of the engine lifting appliance. According to the engine lifting appliance and the using method thereof, accurate alignment of installation is achieved by adjusting the overall gravity center position of an engine assembly and the engine lifting appliance in the lifting process.

    本发明公开了一种发动机吊具,包括:提升梁、提升臂、拉索、螺栓组件、调节索;提升梁包括:立臂、连接管、右侧板、左侧板,右侧板、左侧板连接在连接管两侧,立臂的下部连接在连接管中部;立臂上部分别设置有第一通孔和第二通孔;提升臂包括:中间板和两个固定板,两个固定板分别连接在中间板两侧;中间板在一端设置有吊装通孔和调节通孔,调节索两端分别连接调节通孔、第一通孔;固定板在一端设置有铰接通孔,螺栓组件穿过铰接通孔、第二通孔将提升臂、提升梁铰接在一起;拉索分别连接在右侧板、左侧板的两端。本发明还公开了一种发动机吊具的使用方法。本发明通过在吊装过程中调整发动机组件、发动机吊具整体重心位置,实现安装的精准对位。
