The invention provides an aircraft stand-alone structure health monitoring system, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft structure health monitoring. The system comprises a sensor assembly, a structure health monitoring computer, a task machine, a light voice alarm computer, a light voice alarm assembly, a flight control computer and a control stick shaking assembly. The sensor assembly is connected with the structure health monitoring computer through a bus, the structure health monitoring computer, the light voice alarm computer and the flight control computer are connected with the task machine through a bus, the light voice alarm computer is electrically connected with the light voice alarm assembly, and the flight control computer is electrically connected with the control stick shaking assembly. An intelligent sensor is used for sensing the loading and health conditions of key parts of an aircraft structure, the health conditions of the key parts of the structure are informed to a pilot in real time, the pilot can adjust the flight attitude conveniently, and man-machine safety is guaranteed; the data collected by the sensor are combined with an algorithm to predict the fault occurrence of the aircraft structure, and single-machine health monitoring can be carried out to further guarantee the safety of the aircraft structure.
