The invention discloses a ground-air integrated surveying and mapping inspection vehicle robot which comprises an inspection vehicle and an unmanned aerial vehicle, wherein the inspection vehicle is provided with a movable cover door, and the movable cover door is connected with a vehicle body framework of the inspection vehicle; after the movable cover door is closed, a hidden unmanned aerial vehicle cabin for containing the unmanned aerial vehicle is formed, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is located in the hidden unmanned aerial vehicle cabin; and the unmanned aerial vehicle flies between a to-be-surveyed airspace and the hidden unmanned aerial vehicle cabin in a reciprocating manner, the inspection vehicle walks on a to-be-inspected path, and the unmanned aerial vehicle and the inspection vehicle perform two-way communication signal transmission. The hidden unmanned aerial vehicle cabin avoids the visual field interference problem of a sensor on the top surface of the vehicle body, the appearance modeling characteristics of the whole inspection vehicle are guaranteed, and unmanned aerial vehicle air flying surveying and mapping and automobile robot (inspection vehicle) ground walking surveying and mapping and inspection can be cooperatively and highly combined for application.
