The invention discloses a magnetic adsorption type climbing detection robot. The magnetic adsorption type climbing detection robot comprises a body device and at least two mechanical legs, the body device comprises a body shell, a power supply, a control module and a detection device, and the power supply, the control module and the detection device are installed in the body shell; the mechanical leg comprises a steering device and an electromagnetic adsorption leg, the steering device is installed on the body shell, one end of the electromagnetic adsorption leg is connected with the steering device, an electric appliance assembly of the steering device is connected with the control module through a wire, and when the control module sends a steering instruction, the steering device acts to drive the electromagnetic adsorption leg to rotate; the other end of the electromagnetic adsorption leg is provided with an electromagnet, the electromagnet is connected with the control module through a wire, the control module controls on-off of current on the electromagnet, the electromagnetic adsorption leg is made to adsorb or break away from the surface of the magnetic metal to be detected, and therefore the robot stably walking on a magnetic conductive metal surface in a complex detection environment is provided.

    本发明公开了一种磁吸附式攀爬检测机器人,包括躯体装置和至少两个机械腿;躯体装置包括,躯体外壳、电源、控制模块和检测装置,其中电源、控制模块和检测装置安装在躯体外壳中;机械腿包括,转向装置和电磁式吸附腿,转向装置安装在躯体外壳上,电磁式吸附腿一端和转向装置连接,转向装置的电器组件通过导线和控制模块接通,当控制模块发出转向指令时,转向装置动作,进而带动电磁式吸附腿转动;电磁式吸附腿另一端上设有电磁铁,电磁铁和控制模块通过导线连接,通过控制模块控制电磁铁上电流的通断,使电磁式吸附腿吸附或脱离待测导磁金属的表面,所以提供了一种能够在复杂的检测环境中,稳定行走在导磁金属表面的机器人。
