The invention relates to a battery system, a micro short circuit fault detection method thereof and a battery management system, and belongs to the field of fault diagnosis of the battery system. According to the detection method of the invention, the voltage between the total positive electrode of the power battery and the second end of the total positive contactor in a heating circuit is detected and judged, and/or the voltage between the total negative electrode of the power battery and the second end of the total negative contactor in the heating circuit is detected and judged, so that the micro short circuit fault between the power battery and the heating circuit can be quickly and timely detected. Compared with the prior art, the micro short circuit fault detection method can detect the micro short circuit fault faster and earlier before the temperature and the voltage of the battery are greatly changed, the micro short circuit fault detection method is simple in principle and practical, short circuit fault diagnosis can be carried out by using existing battery management system hardware resources, so that the function development cost is reduced, and the market application value is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种电池系统及其微短路故障检测方法和电池管理系统,属于电池系统的故障诊断领域,本发明的检测方法仅通过检测并判断动力电池的总正极与加热回路中总正接触器的第二端之间的电压,和/或检测并判断动力电池的总负极与加热回路中总负接触器的第二端之间的电压,能够快速及时的检测出动力电池与加热回路之间发生的微短路故障。相对现有技术而言,本发明的微短路故障检测方法在电池的温度和电压发生较大变化之前,就能够更快、更早的检测出微短路故障的发生,并且,本发明的微短路故障检测方法的原理简单、实用,可利用现有的电池管系统硬件资源进行短路故障诊断,降低功能开发成本,具有市场应用价值。
