The invention discloses a waterproof shielding mechanism of a battery replacing station and a waterproof method in the battery replacing process. The battery replacing station comprises a battery replacing position where an electric vehicle stops and a battery is replaced; and a waterproof shielding mechanism which comprises a telescopic waterproof structure which transversely extends out from the side face of the electric vehicle to the bottom of the electric vehicle stopping at the battery replacement position, and the arrangement height of the waterproof structure is between the bottom of the electric vehicle and the top of the equipment for replacing the battery. According to the waterproof shielding mechanism for the battery replacing station of the electric vehicle, the waterproof structure can extend out and separate the bottom of the electric vehicle from the top of the equipment for replacing the battery, so that objects such as rain, snow and dust at the bottom of the electric vehicle are prevented from falling on a plug connector of the battery on the equipment for replacing the battery; therefore, the problems of short circuit of the battery, poor contact of the plug connector and the like can be prevented, and the safety of the electric vehicle in the battery replacement process can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种换电站的防水遮挡机构和换电过程中的防水方法。该换电站包括:电动车辆停靠并更换电池的换电位置;以及防水遮挡机构,防水遮挡机构包括可伸缩的从电动车辆侧面横向伸出至停靠在换电位置的电动车辆底部的防水结构,并且防水结构的设置高度介于电动车辆的底部和更换电池的设备顶部之间。根据本发明实施例的用于电动车辆的换电站的防水遮挡机构,可通过防水结构伸出并间隔电动车辆的底部和更换电池的设备顶部,以防止电动车辆底部的雨、雪、灰尘等物体落在更换电池的设备上的电池的插接件处,从而有利于防止电池短路、插接件接触不良等问题,进而有利于提升电动车辆在电池更换过程中的安全性。
