The invention relates to an automobile seat posture intelligent control method based on binocular vision. The method comprises the following steps: S1 installing an automobile binocular camera at a proper position of an automobile roof along the side direction of an automobile, carrying out the parameter calibration of the binocular camera, obtaining the baseline distance B of the binocular camera, and measuring the vertical height Hc from the optical center of the binocular camera to the ground; S2 after a person enters a proper distance range, collecting a video signal that the person moves towards the automobile through the binocular camera; S3 calculating the height Hhuman of the human body through a binocular vision imaging principle; S4 estimating main static human body size parameters of other parts of the human body through the height; S5 determining an optimal seat comfort position corresponding to the human body size data according to an ergonomics principle, and obtaining the horizontal position, height and backrest inclination angle information of the seat; and S6 inputting the seat parameters into an automatic regulation and control system, enabling a motor device to drive the seat to adjust the position, and achieving automatic adjustment of the horizontal position, the height and the backrest inclination angle of the seat.

    本发明涉及一种基于双目视觉的汽车座椅姿态智能控制方法,步骤如下:S1、将汽车双目摄像机沿着汽车侧向安装在汽车车顶的合适位置,并对双目摄像机进行参数标定,获得双目摄像机的基线距离B,并测量双目摄像机光心到地面的垂直高度Hc;S2、当人员进入合适的距离范围内后,通过双目摄像机采集人员向汽车移动的视频信号;S3、通过双目视觉成像原理计算人体身高Hhuman;S4、通过身高估计人体其他部位主要静态人体尺寸参数;S5、根据人机工程学原理,确定该人体尺寸数据对应的最佳座椅舒适位置,获得座椅水平位置、高度和靠背倾角信息;S6、将座椅参数输入给自动调控系统,电机装置带动座椅调整位置,实现座椅的水平位置、高度和靠背倾角自动调节。
