The invention provides an aircraft structure test system and method for combined loading of thermal and force loads driven by online simulation, which can realize real-time prediction and loading of dynamic thermal and force loads depending on a structure state. The test system comprises a heat loading module, a force loading module, a data acquisition module, a high-performance calculation module and a test control system, and the systems and the modules are in bidirectional data connection. According to the test method, a simulation model running on line in a high-performance calculation module is adopted, heat and force response data of a structure in the actual loading process are combined to predict future heat and force loading loads, the load data are fed back to a heat and force loading module through a test control system, and dynamic loading is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种在线仿真驱动的热、力载荷联合加载的飞行器结构试验系统及方法,能够实现依赖于结构状态的动态热、力载荷实时预测与加载。该试验系统包括:热加载模块、力加载模块、数据采集模块、高性能计算模块和试验控制系统,各系统和模块之间采用双向数据连接。该试验方法中,采用高性能计算模块中在线运行的仿真模型,结合实际加载过程中结构的热、力响应数据,预测未来的热、力加载载荷,并通过试验控制系统将上述载荷数据反馈给热、力加载模块,实现动态加载。
