The invention provides an underwater vehicle magnetic gear coupling propulsion system, a working method and an underwater vehicle. The underwater vehicle magnetic gear coupling propulsion system comprises an underwater vehicle shell, an electric control system, a driving motor, a magnetic gear coupler and a propeller. An electric control system and a driving motor are mounted in the underwater vehicle shell; a magnetic gear coupler is mounted at one end of the underwater vehicle shell; and the electric control system is connected with the driving motor, the driving motor is connected with the magnetic gear coupler, the magnetic gear coupler is connected with the propeller, and the propeller is arranged on the outer side of the underwater vehicle shell. The device adopts the magnetic gear coupler to realize mechanical connection of a high-speed power source in the underwater vehicle shell and a low-speed propeller outside the underwater vehicle, on one hand, a transmission mechanical reduction gear can be replaced to complete a function of matching high and low rotating speeds, and on the other hand, separation of inner and outer spaces of the underwater vehicle shell can be realized, so that dynamic and static sealing requirements are avoided, the pressure-resistant design difficulty of the system is reduced, and the sealing performance and reliability of the system are improved.

    本发明提供了一种水下潜航器磁齿轮耦合推进系统、工作方法及潜航器,包括:潜航器机壳、电控系统、驱动电机、磁齿轮耦合器以及螺旋桨;潜航器机壳内部安装电控系统和驱动电机,潜航器机壳一端安装磁齿轮耦合器;电控系统连接驱动电机,驱动电机连接磁齿轮耦合器,磁齿轮耦合器连接螺旋桨,螺旋桨安置于潜航器机壳外侧。本装置采用磁齿轮耦合器实现潜航器机壳内部高速动力源和潜航器外部低速螺旋桨的机械连接,一方面可以取代传动机械减速齿轮完成高低转速匹配的功能,另一方面可以实现潜航器机壳内外空间的隔离,这样避免了动静密封要求,降低了系统的耐压设计难度,提升了系统的密封性和可靠性。
