The invention provides an early warning method and device for the safety state of a battery system and control equipment. The early warning method comprises the steps of collecting vehicle state data and power battery state data of a target vehicle; comparing the vehicle state data and the power battery state data with characteristic parameters respectively corresponding to a plurality of thermal runaway faults in an early warning database; when at least one of the vehicle state data and the power battery state data is matched with a characteristic parameter of a target thermal runaway fault type, judging that the power battery of the target vehicle has a fault; and sending an alarm signal to the target vehicle. According to the method, the reasonable dynamic threshold value is formulated for the power battery based on the whole vehicle monitoring data, and the safety state of the power battery can be accurately judged. Compared with a threshold value judgment method, the method can recognize the safety risk of the power battery earlier, and reduces risk misinformation and missing report.

    本发明提供了一种电池系统安全状态的预警方法、预警装置及控制设备,所述预警方法包括:采集目标车辆的车辆状态数据和动力电池状态数据;将所述车辆状态数据和所述动力电池状态数据与预警数据库中的多个热失控故障分别对应的特征参数进行对比;在所述车辆状态数据和所述动力电池状态数据中的至少一个,与目标热失控故障类型的特征参数相匹配时,判定所述目标车辆的动力电池出现故障;向所述目标车辆发送报警信号。上述方案,基于整车监控数据对动力电池制定合理的动态阈值,可准确判定动力电池安全状态。相比阈值判定方法,能更早地识别动力电池安全风险,并减少风险误报以及漏报。
