本申请提供一种调压控制装置及推力轴承。所述调压控制装置应用于一推力轴承,推力轴承包括液压油缸部件,连通至所述调压控制装置;所述调压控制装置包括油箱、增压单元以及减压单元;所述增压单元用以将所述油箱内的液压油充入至所述推力轴承液压油缸部件内以增大液压油的压力;所述减压单元用以将所述液压油缸部件内液压油卸至所述油箱内以减小液压油的压力。本申请可有效降低大型船舶在运行过程中的振动噪声,并通过合理的结构设计、系统布置,减振参数设置,保证了在全工况范围、不同应用场合中仍能有效工作,进一步提升了普适性。

    The invention provides a pressure regulation control device and a thrust bearing. The pressure regulation control device is applied to the thrust bearing, the thrust bearing comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder component, and the hydraulic oil cylinder component communicates with the pressure regulation control device; the pressure regulation control device comprises an oil tank, a pressurizing unit and a pressure reducing unit; the pressurizing unit is used for filling hydraulic oil in an oil tank into a thrust bearing hydraulic oil cylinder part so as to increase the pressure of the hydraulic oil; and the pressure reducing unit is used for discharging the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil cylinder part into the oil tank so as to reduce the pressure of the hydraulic oil. The vibration noise of a large ship in the operation process can be effectively reduced, it is guaranteed that the large ship can still effectively work in the all-working-condition range and different application occasions through reasonable structural design, system arrangement and vibration reduction parameter setting, and universality is further improved.
