The invention relates to an arc-extinguishing end elbow, and belongs to equipment for urban rail transit power supply. A steel-aluminum composite conductor rail is bent upwards at the gradient of 1: 20, and enamel is coated on the slope, so that arc extinction is realized when a current collector electric brush on an electric locomotive leaves the steel-aluminum composite conductor rail, and electric sparks are reduced or not generated. The service lives of the end elbow and the electric brush can be prolonged, and the running speed of the electric locomotive is improved.
