The invention discloses a control system and method for dynamically adjusting traffic light time. The system comprises a traffic light display module, a sensing device, a vehicle event recognition device and a master controller. The traffic light display module is used for displaying red, green and yellow signal lights and numbers, and the sensing device is used for sensing the traffic flow on a road; the vehicle event recognition device is used for recognizing vehicle events on a road; the traffic light display module, the sensing device and the vehicle event recognition device are respectively connected with the main controller. By arranging the sensing device and the vehicle event recognition device, the traffic flow and the vehicle events on the road can be effectively obtained, so that the traffic light time can be dynamically adjusted according to the traffic flow and the vehicle events on the road, the road resources are saved, and the energy consumption and waste pollution are reduced; in addition, the sensing device and the vehicle event recognition device are arranged, so that the accuracy of recognizing the road vehicle congestion condition can be improved, and the traffic light time can be accurately adjusted.

    本发明公开了一种动态调整红绿灯时间的控制系统及方法,系统包括红绿灯显示模块、感应装置、车辆事件识别装置和主控器,红绿灯显示模块用于显示红绿黄信号灯以及数字,感应装置用于感应道路上车流量的多少,车辆事件识别装置用于识别道路上的车辆事件,红绿灯显示模块、感应装置和车辆事件识别装置分别与主控器连接;通过设置感应装置和车辆事件识别装置,能够有效获取道路上车流量的多少和车辆事件,从而能够依据道路上车流量的多少和车辆事件实现红绿灯时间的动态调整,进而节省了道路资源、降低了能源的消耗和废弃的污染,此外,同时设置感应装置和车辆事件识别装置还能够提高识别道路车辆拥堵情况的准确率,从而能够准确调整红绿灯时间。
