The invention relates to the technical field of lifting appliances, in particular to a crane overspeed monitoring device. The device comprises a mounting cylinder, a fixing shaft and an expansion mechanism, wherein the mounting cylinder is fixedly arranged at the cantilever end of a boom; the fixing shaft is movably arranged on the mounting cylinder along the axis of the mounting cylinder, a plurality of spiral grooves are evenly distributed in the peripheral wall face of the fixing shaft, and the diameter of the fixing shaft is reduced in the extending direction of the spiral grooves; and the expansion mechanism is rotationally arranged on the fixing shaft in a sleeving mode and comprises a plurality of shear type units surrounding a circle and a plurality of bent rods, and tips matched with the spiral grooves are arranged at the tail ends of the bent rods. A steel rope is wound on the expansion mechanism by a preset number of turns, when the crane hoists a heavy object, the expansion mechanism is retracted inwards, and the bent rods rotate around the fixing shaft; and when the heavy object accelerates to fall to drive the expansion mechanism to rotate reversely, the tips of the bent rods are inserted into the spiral grooves, so that the fixing shaft moves, the expansion mechanism expands outwards, the bent rods at the inner side retract inwards to be clamped, the expansion mechanism is braked, an arc plate at the outer side expands outwards to tighten the steel rope, the heavy object is prevented from falling, and safety is high.

    本发明涉及起重机械技术领域,具体涉及一种起重机超速监测装置。包括安装筒、固定轴和扩张机构,安装筒固定设置在起重臂的悬臂端;固定轴沿安装筒轴线可移动地设置于安装筒,且其周壁面上均布有若干螺旋槽且沿螺旋槽延伸的方向直径减小;扩张机构可转动地套设于固定轴,其包括多个围合一周的剪式单元和多个弯杆,弯杆的末端设置有与螺旋槽配合的尖端。本发明中钢绳在扩张机构上缠绕预设圈数,在起重机起吊重物时,扩张机构内收,弯杆绕固定轴转动;在重物加速下落带动扩张机构反转时,弯杆的尖端插入螺旋槽,使得固定轴移动,扩张机构外扩,内侧的弯杆内收卡死,制动扩张机构,外侧弧板外扩张紧钢绳,防止重物下落,安全性高。
