The invention discloses a control method and a control system of a rim lubricating device. The control system comprises a power supply module, an MCU module, an input module for receiving an external signal, an output module for converting a control signal of the MCU module into power and outputting the power to spray a lubricant, and a tilt angle sensor module; a coordinate system used by the tilt angle sensor module is an east-north-sky coordinate system, and the tilt angle sensor module is used for collecting angle and acceleration information of Z-Y-X coordinates; the MCU module obtains locomotive angle and acceleration information parameters through the tilt angle sensor module for operation and analysis; and performs operation processing and logic judgment: comparing the obtained acceleration value and angle value with an acceleration threshold value and an angle threshold value to determine whether to spray grease regularly or forcibly; according to the control method and the control system, data of the locomotive are collected, the rim is lubricated according to the operation working condition of the locomotive, the stable operation state of the rim on the locomotive is enhanced, rim loss is effectively reduced, and the service life of the locomotive is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种轮缘润滑装置的控制方法及控制系统。所述控制系统包括电源模块、MCU模块、用于接收外部信号的输入模块、用于将所述MCU模块的控制信号转换为功率输出以喷润滑剂的输出模块、倾角传感器模块;所述倾角传感器模块,使用的坐标系为东北天坐标系,采集Z‑Y‑X坐标的角度、加速度信息;所述MCU模块通过所述倾角传感器模块获取机车角度、加速度信息参数进行运算解析;运算处理和逻辑判断,将获取的加速度值、角度值与加速度阈值和角度阈值作比较,来确定是否定时喷脂或者强制喷脂;该控制方法及控制系统实施采集机车的数据,根据机车运行的工况来润滑轮缘,增强了轮缘在机车上运行的稳定状态,有效减少轮缘损耗,延长器使用寿命。
