The invention belongs to the field of impact dynamics tests, and particularly relates to a discrete source distributed impact test device and method. The device comprises a gas tank, multiple gas guns, discrete sources, a to-be-tested piece and a multi-target velocimeter. The gas guns are connected with the gas tank through gas guide pipes, controllable air valves are arranged on the gas guns, and the controllable air valves are connected with the controller; the discrete sources are arranged in the gas guns; and the to-be-tested piece is located at the position matched with openings in the rear ends of the gas guns, and the to-be-tested piece is installed on a posture adjusting mechanism capable of achieving six-degree-of-freedom adjustment. The multi-target velocimeter is located between the gas guns and the to-be-tested piece. According to the invention, the impact test of multiple impact sources can be carried out at the same time, the multiple impact sources can be synchronously launched or asynchronously launched in time, and the impact points of multiple discrete sources can be adjusted in space, so that the spatial distribution of the impact of the discrete sources is realized, and the spatial attitude of an impacted test piece can be adjusted, so that flexible adjustment can be carried out according to the test purpose.
