The planetary clutch comprises an inner gear ring, planet wheels, a planet carrier and a sun wheel. Particularly, the planet clutch type winch can realize no-load starting under the condition that the winding drum is stressed and does not act, can realize the functions of non-stop braking, stepless speed change control and the like on the basis of replacing a traditional winch, and can realize multi-speed operation and non-stop braking on the premise that a motor rotates at a constant speed, and the manufacturing cost of equipment and the impact on a power grid are reduced.
