The invention discloses a variable-amount pesticide application control system and method for unmanned aerial vehicle. The system comprises a speed acquisition module (2), a controller (4), a transmission module and a spraying module. The speed acquisition module (2) comprises a GPS sensor and an acceleration sensor; the spraying module is fixed at the bottom of the body of the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle and comprises a pesticide box (3), an electronic speed regulator (5), a micro diaphragm pump (9), a flow meter (6) and a spray head (8); the controller (4) is respectively connected with the power supply (1), the speed acquisition module (2) and the flow meter (6); the controller (4) adopts an STM32F429 model embedded board; and the controller (4) comprises a PID controller and an RBF neural network module. The system is independent of the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle, does not communicate with the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle, is not limited to various plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle types, collects the flight speed in the operation process of the unmanned aerial vehicle in real time on the basis of reducing the agricultural cost, adjusts the spraying flow in real time according to the change of the flight speed, effectively reduces the pesticide spraying flow error, and improves the pesticide application accuracy.

    本发明公开一种无人机变量施药控制系统及方法,包括速度获取模块(2)、控制器(4)、传输模块和喷施模块。所述速度获取模块(2)包括GPS传感器和加速度传感器;所述喷施模块固定在植保无人机的机体底部,包括药箱(3)、电子调速器(5)、微型隔膜泵(9)、流量计(6)和喷头(8);所述控制器(4)分别与电源(1)、速度获取模块(2)和流量计(6)连接;所述控制器(4)采用STM32F429型号嵌入式板;所述控制器(4)包括PID控制器和RBF神经网络模块。本发明独立于植保无人机,不与植保无人机做通信,不受限于各类植保无人机机型,在降低农业成本的基础上,实时地采集无人机作业过程中的飞行速度,并根据飞行速度的变化,实时地调节喷施流量,有效地降低施药流量误差,提高施药精准性。
