The invention provides a wheel belt type flapping and rotating mechanism for a bionic flapping-wing aircraft. The mechanism comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel which are connected through a transmission belt; and a driver which is connected with the driving wheel and is used for driving the transmission belt to drive the driven wheel to rotate. At least one pair of flapping wings is arranged on the outer surface of the transmission belt. A pair of belt wheels and the transmission belt are used for replacing a traditional reduction gear, a traditional rocking handle and a traditional multi-hinge connecting rod, the flapping wings do direction-changing and variable-speed motion around the two wheel shafts along with the belt and do front-back reciprocating constant-speed motion between the two belt wheels, and meanwhile vertical flapping and twisting are accompanied according to the relative angle of the two wheel shafts; the flapping and rotating mechanism has the front edge attachment vortex of the bionic wing and the stall delay lift augmentation effect, meanwhile, the inertia force generated by the motion of the flapping and rotating mechanism and the flapping wing and the corresponding power consumption are reduced, and compared with an existing flapping and rotating mechanism, the wheel belt type flapping and rotating mechanism is simpler, lighter and higher in mechanical efficiency and practicability.
本发明提供了一种用于仿生扑翼飞行器的轮带式扑旋机构,包括:一主动轮和一从动轮,主动轮和从动轮之间通过一传动皮带连接;一驱动器,驱动器与主动轮相连,用于驱动传动皮带带动从动轮转动。传动皮带外表面上设置有至少一对扑翼。本申请利用一对皮带轮和传动皮带替代传统的减速齿轮、摇柄和多铰连杆,扑翼随皮带通过绕两个轮轴做变向变速运动和在两个皮带轮间做前后往返匀速运动,同时根据两个轮轴的相对角度伴随有上下拍动和扭转,具有仿生翅的前缘附着涡和失速延迟增升效应,同时也降低了扑旋机构及扑翼运动产生的惯性力以及相应的功耗,相比现有的扑旋机构更加简单轻巧、机械效率和实用性高。
