The invention discloses a bicycle speed change mechanism which comprises a power input mechanism and a clutch mechanism. The power input mechanism comprises a middle axle and a driving wheel set; the driving wheel set comprises a change wheel and a fixed wheel, the change wheel and the middle axle are coaxially arranged, the transmission ratio of the fixed wheel is lower than that of the change wheel, the fixed wheel is fixedly connected with the middle shaft, and the change wheel can rotate relative to the middle shaft; and the clutch mechanism comprises a synchronous structure arranged on the change wheels and a blocking mechanism capable of rotating along with the middle axle, and the blocking mechanism can block or give way to the synchronous structure on the change wheels during rotation through movement. The bicycle speed change mechanism is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, through cooperation of the blocking mechanism and the synchronous structure in the clutch mechanism, the change wheels and the middle axle are made to be synchronous or separated, when passing power is input into the middle axle, switching between the fixed wheel and the different change wheels is achieved, and then the transmission ratio is changed for speed changing.
