The invention provides a charging fault processing method, device and equipment, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps of acquiring charging state information, sent by charging piles, of a plurality of charging vehicles, wherein the charging state information comprises the identifiers of the charging piles, brands of the charging vehicles and whether a charging fault occurs or not; under the condition that a target vehicle has a charging fault at a target charging pile, according to the charging state information, determining a charging fault reason of the target vehicle, and the charging fault reason comprising at least one of a target charging pile fault and a target vehicle fault; and sending the charging fault reason to a registered user corresponding to the target vehicle. According to the scheme, when the problem that the vehicle cannot be charged or charging is stopped occurs in the charging process of the user, the user can know the real fault reason in time, and the problem that follow-up vehicle use of the user is affected is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种充电故障处理方法、装置和设备,涉及车辆技术领域。该方法包括:获取充电桩发送的多个充电车辆的充电状态信息,所述充电状态信息包括:所述充电桩的标识、充电车辆的品牌以及是否发生充电故障;在目标车辆在目标充电桩发生充电故障的情况下,根据所述充电状态信息,确定所述目标车辆的充电故障原因,所述充电故障原因包括:目标充电桩故障和目标车辆故障中的至少一项;将所述充电故障原因发送至所述目标车辆对应的注册用户。本发明的方案,可以在用户充电过程中发生车辆不能充电或者充电中止的问题时,让用户及时了解真正的故障原因,避免影响用户后续使用车辆的问题。
