The invention relates to the technical field of charging cables, in particular to a charging cable which is applied to an electric or hybrid vehicle and can be used for high-power charging. The charging cable provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an outer sheath, a positive electrode cable, a negative electrode cable, a plurality of signal lines and a liquid cooling pipe, wherein the plurality of signal lines are dispersedly arranged in the outer sheath and are located among the positive electrode cable, the negative electrode cable and the liquid cooling pipe. The signal line is split into multiple pieces, so that the signal lines can fully occupy gaps among the positive electrode cable, the negative electrode cable and the liquid cooling pipe, space utilization in the outer sheath is more reasonable, overall connection is more compact, idle space in the outer sheath is further reduced, and the diameter of the overall charging cable is reduced. The positive electrode cable is tightly attached to the liquid cooling pipe, the negative electrode cable is tightly attached to the liquid cooling pipe, the heat dissipation effect is enhanced, the overall cable diameter can be adaptively reduced, the charging cable is smaller in outer diameter, lighter in weight and more convenient to apply, and manual charging of a user is facilitated.

    本发明涉及充电电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用在电动或者混动汽车中能够承担大功率充电的充电电缆。本申请实施例提供的充电电缆,充电电缆包括外护套、正极电缆、负极电缆、多根信号线以及液冷管。多根信号线分散设置于外护套内并位于正极电缆、负极电缆和液冷管之间。将信号线拆分设置为多根,可使其充分占据正极电缆、负极电缆以及液冷管之间的空隙,使得外护套内的空间利用更加合理,整体连接更加紧凑,进一步减小外护套内的闲置空间,使得整体充电线缆直径减小。将正极电缆均紧贴液冷管,负极电缆均紧贴液冷管,增强了散热效果,可适应性地降低整体的线缆直径,使该充电电缆外径更小、质量更轻便、应用更方便,便于用户手动充电。
