The invention provides a traffic monitoring method and a traffic monitoring system based on unmanned aerial vehicle image recognition, and the traffic monitoring method comprises the following steps: S1, providing an unmanned aerial vehicle aerial traffic picture as a sample picture, and carrying out the vehicle marking of the sample picture through image marking software LabelImg, and forming a sample set; s2, preprocessing the sample set by adopting a data enhancement method to form a training set; s3, constructing a YOLO v3 model, training the YOLO v3 model through the training set, and obtaining the trained YOLO v3 model; and S4, receiving an aerial traffic image of the unmanned aerial vehicle in real time, inputting the aerial traffic image into the trained YOLO v3 model to monitor and analyze the vehicle, and calculating to obtain real-time traffic monitoring data. According to the traffic monitoring method and the traffic monitoring system, macroscopic and accurate monitoring data can be obtained in real time, and the traffic situation can be studied, judged and decided in time.

    本发明提供了基于无人机图像识别的交通监测方法和交通监测系统,所述交通监测方法包括以下步骤:S1:提供无人机航拍交通图片作为样本图片,利用图像标注软件LabelImg对样本图片进行车辆标注,形成样本集;S2:采用数据增强方法对样本集进行预处理,形成训练集;S3:构建YOLO v3模型,通过训练集对YOLO v3模型进行训练,得到经训练的YOLO v3模型;S4:实时接收无人机航拍交通图像并将其输入到经训练的YOLO v3模型来对车辆进行监测和分析,计算得到实时交通监测数据。本发明的交通监测方法和交通监测系统可以实时获得宏观、精准的监测数据,便于及时对交通态势进行研判和决策。
