The invention discloses a pump suction type water sample collection device. The device comprises a double-shaft stepping motor, a synchronous belt wheel, a synchronous belt, a driven bevel gear, a driving bevel gear, a connecting shaft, a bevel gear fixing frame, a bottom plate, a rack guide rail, a rack, a gear fixing frame, a gear, an incomplete gear guide ring, an electromagnetic valve, an electromagnetic valve fixing frame, a peristaltic pump fixing seat, a peristaltic pump, a rotary joint fixing seat, a rotary joint, a rotary drum, a water pipe joint and a motor mounting seat. The two ends of the double-shaft stepping motor are connected with the rotary drum and the synchronous belt wheel respectively. A hose is wound on the rotary drum, the hose is put into water through rotation of the motor, and then the peristaltic pump and the electromagnetic valve are started to collect a water sample. The device comprises a hose winding mechanism, and the hose winding mechanism can evenly wind a water pipe on a roller through a guide circular ring. The device can be carried on an unmanned ship or an unmanned aerial vehicle, automatic water sample collection is carried out in a complex environment, the collection efficiency is improved, and the risk during collection is reduced.
