The invention discloses a silicon dioxide aerogel glass fiber felt composite material thin plate for an electric vehicle storage battery, a heat insulation pad product and application thereof. A preparation method of the thin plate comprises the following steps: dipping or spraying silicon dioxide hydrosol or metal oxide modified silicon dioxide hydrosol on a wet glass fiber felt or glass fiber cloth; spraying the glue supplementing sol; aging, and replacing water in the wet gel; supercritical carbon dioxide drying; the heat insulation pad product comprises the thin plate and an envelope arranged on the periphery of the thin plate. The composite material is applied to heat insulation of parts in storage battery packs of electric vehicles, among battery cell modules, in narrow spaces of high-end equipment or electromechanical equipment and safety protection occasions after the parts are on fire. In this way, the flat thickness is uniform, the tolerance is controllable, the density is uniform, and the strength is good; and the material is non-combustible at a high temperature of 800 DEG C, and is still in an aerogel felt solid state with a heat insulation effect, so that the safety protection requirement and the assembly requirement are met.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车蓄电池用二氧化硅气凝胶玻纤毡复合材料薄板、隔热垫制品及其应用,薄板的制备方法:对湿法玻纤毡或玻纤布进行浸渍或喷淋二氧化硅水溶胶或金属氧化物改性的二氧化硅水溶胶;喷淋补胶水溶胶;陈化、置换湿凝胶中的水;二氧化碳超临界干燥;隔热垫制品包括薄板和设于薄板四周的包封;应用于电动汽车蓄电池包内及电芯模组间、高端装备或机电设备狭窄空间内零部件绝热和对其起火后的安全防护场合。通过上述方式,本发明平整厚度均匀,公差可控,密度均匀,强度好等优异性能;在800℃高温下是不燃烧的,仍是具有隔热效果的气凝胶毡固体形态,满足了安全防护要求和装配要求。
