A hanging rocket is arranged on the core-level rocket body; the rocket sleeve cover comprises a cylinder cover, an end cover shell section and an end cover; the barrel cover is arranged at the front end of the core-level rocket body; a secondary rocket body with a satellite load or a suborbital load is placed in the cylinder cover; the bottom of the cylindrical cover is provided with an adaptive support for mounting a secondary rocket body or a suborbital load; a sliding rail combination is arranged on the inner wall of the barrel cover; the adaptive support is provided with an electric control locking device used for locking the second-level rocket body or the sub-orbital load. The slide rail combination is connected with the secondary rocket body or the sub-orbital load in a sliding fit manner; the end cover shell section is arranged at the front end of the barrel cover, the end cover is arranged at the front end of the end cover shell section, the end cover is composed of multiple petals hinged to the end cover shell section, and the multiple petals of the end cover are in a hemisphere shape after being folded. The hanging-type recyclable low-cost low-orbit carrier rocket can be completely recovered as a whole, can be repeatedly used after detection and evaluation, and is higher in reuse value.
