The invention provides a fixed-wing aircraft wing docking system and method, and relates to a wing docking technology. The system comprises a movable platform; a multi-degree-of-freedom platform, which is connected to the upper portion of the movable platform, wherein an outer wing butt joint structure and a fixed wing butt joint structure are connected to the upper portion of the multi-degree-of-freedom platform, an outer wing is located on an outer wing butt joint structure, and a fixed wing is located on a fixed wing butt joint structure; and a control end, which is connected with and controls the movable platform, the multi-degree-of-freedom platform, the outer wing butt joint structure and the fixed wing butt joint structure to work. Butt joint accidents are reduced, and the butt joint efficiency is improved.
