The invention discloses a vehicle-machine cooperative disaster assessment system which comprises a task planning unit, a 2D/3D modeling and jigsaw unit, a data transmission unit, a geographic information data fusion unit, a remote control unit, a system function unit, a multispectral imaging data fusion unit, a target identification and tracking unit, an intelligent analysis unit, a target measurement and analysis unit and a vehicle-machine cooperative system unit. The system is also connected with a vehicle-mounted machine platform unit, a communication system unit, a task load unit, an inspection robot and an unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the system , an outfield operator specifies an operation route and operation requirements according to site conditions, the inspection robot completes driving of key nodes of a specified route according to a remote data instruction, and after the inspection robot reaches the key nodes, the unmanned aerial vehicle automatically takes off according to the instruction to complete task troubleshooting. After the suspicious point is found, the vehicle or the aircraft is subjected to refined inspection, the whole operation data is transmitted back to the command center in real time, and the command center performs detailed analysis and risk assessment on the suspicious point by means of big data.

    一种车机协同灾害评估系统,包括有任务规划单元、2D/3D建模与拼图单元、数据传输单元、地理信息数据融合单元、远程操控单元、系统功能单元、多光谱成像数据融合单元、目标识别与跟踪单元、智能分析单元、目标测量与分析单元和车机协同系统单元;还连接于车机平台单元、通信系统单元、任务载荷单元、巡检机器人和无人机。本发明外场作业人员根据现场情况,通过指定作业航线和作业需求,巡检机器人根据远程的数据指令,完成指定路线关键结点的行驶,巡检机器人到达关键节点后,无人机根据命令自动起飞完成任务排查,发现可疑点后车辆或飞机进行精细化巡检,并将整个作业数据实时回传指挥中心,指挥中心依靠大数据对可疑点给出详细分析及风险评估。
