The invention provides a tramcar roof inverter box. The tramcar roof inverter box comprises a box body used for installing inverter elements and an air duct cavity arranged below the box body. The air duct cavity comprises a first drawer body and a second drawer body. The air duct cavity is a cooling air duct independent of the box body, and the air duct cavity can expand the space of the bottom of the box body through pulling, so that the bottom of the box body is convenient to overhaul and clean. When water is accumulated on the roof, the box body can meet the requirements of ventilation and water tightness. After the second drawer body is drawn out relative to the first drawer body, compared with the inverter box in a stable use state, the space of the air duct cavity is further expanded, and maintenance and cleaning work is greatly facilitated.
