    本发明提供了一种坡道起步的控制方法、装置、整车控制器和车辆,涉及汽车技术领域。该方法包括:获取车辆的状态信息,并根据所述车辆的状态信息,确定防溜车功能使能;确定防溜车功能使能时,获取当前车辆所处的坡度状态;根据所述坡度状态,以及所述坡度状态对应的参数,将电机的输出转矩调节为0。本发明的坡道起步的控制方法在确定防溜车功能使能时,增加了坡度大小识别功能,可以根据所述坡度大小进行不同的调节,提高了整车平顺性,避免了因固定参数调节电机的输出转矩导致车辆来回晃动,降低车辆驾驶舒适性的问题,且本方案在确定防溜车功能使能时还加人了判定急刹的情况,杜绝了非预期进入防溜坡功能。
