The invention discloses a rapid dismounting and mounting mechanism for a geothermal pipeline and a construction method. The mechanism comprises a base, a transverse plate and two stay hooks, wherein the transverse plate is arranged at the bottom of the base, supporting plates are arranged on two sides of an inner hole of the base, and supports are arranged on the supporting plates; a hoisting assembly is arranged above the base and comprises the two stay hooks, a connecting plate, pin plates and a limiting plate, the connecting plate is arranged between the two stay hooks, and lifting lugs are arranged at upper ends of the two stay hooks; and square pin holes are formed in the connecting plate, and the pin plates matched with the pin holes are arranged in the square pin holes and clamped with the pipeline. The supports are arranged on the supporting plates, so that a pipeline flange can be supported, a worker can mount or dismount bolts on the pipeline conveniently, and the condition of falling of parts during construction is avoided; the pin plates are clamped with the pipeline, so that the pipeline is prevented from falling from the stay hooks during hoisting of the pipeline; and the construction safety is guaranteed, the mounting time of the bolts or nuts is shortened, and the mechanism is convenient to dismount and mount and easy to popularize.

    本发明公开了一种地热管道快速拆装机构及施工方法,其中,该机构包括底座、横板和撑钩,在底座的底部设置有横板,在底座内孔的两侧份设置有托板,在托板上设置有支架;在底座的上方设置有吊装组件,且吊装组件由撑钩、连接板、销板和限位板组成,撑钩为两个,在两个撑钩之间设置有连接板,在两个撑钩的上端设置有吊耳;在连接板上设置有方形销孔,在方形销孔内设置有相匹配的销板,销板与管道卡紧在一起。本发明通过在托板上设置支架,能够将管道法兰支撑起来,便于工作人员对管道进行安装螺栓或拆卸螺栓,且避免施工时出现零部件坠落的情况;通过将销板与管道卡紧在一起,避免吊装管道时,管道从撑钩上坠落;保证了施工的安全性,减小螺栓或螺母的安装时间,且拆、装方便,易于推广。
