The invention discloses a distribution bridge truss type main beam model which comprises a main beam body used for supporting carrier rollers and cross beams, a lifting beam and a double-lug support, the lifting beaming is mounted at one end of the main beam body, and the lifting beam is used for lifting the position of the main beam body; and the double-lug support is mounted at the other end of the main beam body, and the double-lug support is used for forming a hinge fulcrum for lifting of the main beam body, wherein the main beam body is formed by connecting two different forms of angle steel combination structures at a head section and a tail section. The two ends of the main beam body are connected with the double-lug support and the lifting beam correspondingly, so that the main beam body rotates along the center of the double-lug support and ascends to achieve the gypsum board conveying function, meanwhile, the main beam body adopts two different types of angle steel combined structures, and a combined model is established; and compared with channel steel and H-shaped steel, the distribution bridge truss type main beam model serves as a main beam, the strength and rigidity of the whole main beam are improved.

    本发明公开了一种分配桥桁架式主梁模型,包括:主梁体,用于支撑托辊和横梁;吊梁,安装在所述主梁体的一端,所述吊梁用于提升所述主梁体的位置;双耳支座,安装在所述主梁体的另一端,所述双耳支座用于形成所述主梁体升降的铰链支点;其中,所述主梁体由头部段和尾部段两种不同形式的角钢组合结构连接形成;本发明中的在主梁体的两端分别连接双耳支座和吊梁,以使得主梁体沿着双耳支座的中心转动并上升实现石膏板输送功能,同时主梁体采用两种不同形式的角钢组合结构,并建立组合模型,相比于槽钢和H型钢作为主梁提高了整个主梁的强度和刚度。
