The invention discloses an omnibearing automobile anti-collision early warning system which comprises a device for providing collision warning before a potential dangerous traffic condition based on preset driver response time and a device for determining distraction of a driver by analyzing the loosening amount of a safety belt of the driver. The system also comprises a device, which is used for determining the distraction of a driver by the release amount of a safety belt on the driver, and a device for adding an additional distraction reaction time to a preset driver reaction time on the basis of the analysis of the release amount of the safety belt on the driver, in order to provide an early warning if it is determined that the driver is distraction. The provision of the method for determining driver distraction by analyzing the release amount of the safety belt on the driver makes it possible to determine driver distraction economically and efficiently, thus additional time is provided to the driver to deal with other possible situations, the system allows a certain degree of distraction of a driver, and at the same time, the driver is still allowed to handle potential dangerous situations in a controlled manner.
