The invention relates to the technical field of robots, in particular to a steering and advancing mechanism of a pipeline robot.     本发明涉及机器人技术领域,具体一种管道机器人转向行进机构,包括机体、行进动力装置、转向动力装置和行进轮;机体的前部和后部均设有安装板,安装板下方均设有叉架;行进轮通过轮轴分别转动设置在前部和后部的叉架上;还包括行进蜗杆、行进蜗轮、第一连接轴、第二连接轴、第一锥形齿轮、第二锥形齿轮、转向蜗轮、转向蜗杆、第一传动齿轮、第二传动齿轮;本发明的有益技术效果是:转向行进机构结构紧凑,有利于减少整体体积,减轻重量;传动比大,传动平稳,可实现行进和转向同步、同时进行,具有操控简单的特点;将带电的设备布置在机体内,通过传动机构将动力传递到机体外,具有隔爆的功能,提高了使用安全性。
